Do you come out for emergencies?

Yes. For burst pipes, major leaks, blocked drains or no water, call or WhatsApp 0721 814 678 and we will send the nearest plumber.

How do you price a job?

Small repairs are priced once we see the problem. For installations we visit the site and give you a written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Do you drill boreholes?

We install and connect borehole pumps, tanks and pipework, and we coordinate drilling with a licensed drilling contractor so you deal with one team from survey to tap.

Can you install solar water heating?

Yes. We supply and fit solar water heaters, connect them to your existing plumbing and add an electric backup if you want hot water on cloudy days.

Do you work outside Nairobi?

Yes. Everyday call-outs are in Nairobi and the surrounding counties, and we take on projects across Kenya and the wider East African region.

Do you supply the materials?

We can supply everything, or install fittings you have already bought. Either way we will tell you honestly if a part is not fit for the job.

Do you do work besides plumbing?

Yes. Plumbing jobs often touch tiles, walls and wiring, so we also do tiling, gutters, domestic wiring, light fittings, furniture fitting and painting.

Is your work guaranteed?

Every installation is tested before handover. If a fault comes from our workmanship, we come back and fix it. Warranty terms are written on your quote.

How can I pay?

M-Pesa or bank transfer. Larger jobs need a deposit for materials, with the balance on completion.
